Renowned for its giant sized beans, it boasts a very delicate taste recognized by true connoisseurs. ORIGIN Maragogype coffee variety is exceptionally scarce and rare. Low yielding and a sought-after rarity, the Maragogype coffee bean has become a truly prestigious variety. Nespresso expertise allowed us to find the finest available Maragogype beans in four different origins: Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala and Colombia. Each of them brings the hallmark flavor of its terroir to add to the complexity of this aromatic cup. ROASTING split roasting has been applied to a selection of the best Maragogype beans from Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala and Colombia, revealing the subtleties of each origin's incarnation of this unique variety. On the one hand, Mexican and Nicaraguan beans are roasted together a little longer to enhance their mild, round notes. In contrast, the Colombian and Guatemalan beans are roasted together for a short period to yield a fruit-filled finishing touch. AROMATIC PROFILE Extremely fine in flavor Maragogype Special Reserve is defined by a smooth crema with moderate acidity.
