Sleeve Patch of a Member of the Soviet Union’s National Olympic Team, circa 1970s-80s. This is GUARANTEED 100% ORIGINAL ITEM from the Soviet period – not a recent replica! Measures about 3¼ “tall x 2¾ “wide. The national emblem of the USSR is beautifully embroidered in bullion and silk on a navy blue-colored background. The quality is really superb, meant to impress the public abroad and promote the image of the Soviet Union. The patch is in excellent condition.
