Origin This coffee is created with Latin American coffees, mainly from Peru and Costa Rica. We add intensity to blend by using a touch of high-grade Robusta. Roasting This coffee uses the split roast technique to manifest intensity and complexity. The first split is composed exclusively of Arabicas and is roasted lighter, while the second is a mix of Arabicas and Robustas and is roasted darker, to develop body and roastiness. Unforgettable Double Espresso Created in collaboration with chef Jean Imbert, Unforgettable Espresso is inspired by a train journey through Latin America.
