A refreshing fruity touch enhances this fine coffee. ORIGIN Arabica blend from Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Ethiopia. Brazil and Peru have been chosen for their hazelnut notes. Colombia brings the touch of juicy acidity and acts as “the moderator” – adding roundness to the blend. Ethiopia’s role, on the other hand, is to give a touch of dry flowery, musky, spicy notes, also making the blend rounder. ROASTING Washed Peru and Colombian coffee beans are roasted together, for longer but at lower temperatures. This is to provide more structure and intensity to the blend. The other two origins, unwashed Brazil and Ethiopia, are roasted for a reduced time but at high temperatures. This helps adding the strength without adding bitterness. AROMATIC PROFILE Round texture with fragrant chocolate, fresh hazelnut notes and a refreshing fruity touch.
