Looks like this is from the Late 1960s - early 1970s and think these were from Gum Ball Machines from the 1960's that would then be put in those little plastic capsules. This was new old stock (NOS), so real nice shape. Looks like its for a hat or front of a jacket , not big, About 1+" high and is in New / Unused condition. This is a felt / gauze cloth sew on type. These are novelty items and not high quality. Neat Sports memorabilia item. This one is in great shape, near perfect, over all really nice and was never applied.
